Villa Dinastija

The view from the balcony (studio room nr 3) of the bay, ...and Zadar is fantastic! The pool was good, nice poolbeds, but no umbrellas (as shown in the photos) so I had to find shade in the shadows of trees or walls. The parents of the owner live in the building and were very friendly and helpfull, took me and my bags to the ferry. In the morning in the little shade I had, eating breakfast from the huge supermarket 200 meters away is very nice. The bed is very nice, the airconditioning quiet enough to sleep in. Nice shower. The swimmingpool and the poolbeds are very nice. On checkout day I could use the room the entire day untill I had to leave for the ferry. Very nice! Probably because it was late in the season and the room wasn't needed for next guests.

The studio (number 3) is very oldfashioned, like a 1950's stay. The refrigerator has broken doorrack and broken freezedoor. The walk to Preko or Kali (in the opposite direction) is 20 minutes, but hotel lies on a higher level so there is a very steep walk from the boardwalk/beachroad or dangerous walk besides the large and busy road with mostly no footpath. My balcony facing Zadar could do with some adjustable sunshades. You have to pay cash afterwards, this is not pleasant and outdated. You have to get money from an ATM in Preko or Kali which costs you a 5,50 euro extra.

The views were great. The pool was lovely. The staff were lovely. We didn’t have a car and the owner offered to drive us down to the ferry the morning we left.

We could have done with more toilet roll in our room. If you have any sort of mobility issues you need to know there are lots and lots of steps to get into the Villa from the road.

The hosts were very nice and friendly. They gave us beach towels, which came very handy and gave us very helpful information. The view of the room was simply fantastic. I would definitively come back there. Location also is perfect. Very calm and close to the beach.

If we had shower gel / soap in the room it would really be perfect. I was a bit shy to ask. We had to pay the remaining balance in cash, which put some extra fees on us due to ATM charging 5 euros for the amount. Which we would save if we had done a bank transfer or paid with card.

Okay for us, but the 5 minute walk down to the beach is steep, but worth it.

The owners of the apartments exemplified hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was attended to with the utmost elegance and care. Fantastic location.

I have not a single grievance to articulate.
