Villa Dinastija

Area, large garder, a lot of plants, a lot of separated places/benches for relax, parking places

Good sized balcony with beautiful views. Comfortable bed and well furnished apartment. We enjoyed looking around the grounds of the property and relaxing by the pool. Felt very welcomed by the owners. Nice relaxed, friendly feel. Easy to get to Kali and Preko by foot.

It will be easier to use the self catering facilities when the new supermarket opens. There was nothing that we would change.

The property is between Preko and Kali which are both really beautiful little towns, there’s so much to do nearby and the view we had was incredible.

The hosts were amazing, came to the port to help us to the villa and picked us up from the supermarket when we’d done some shopping. Could not have been more helpful or friendly.

The pool and the view from the balcony ( we were in the Luna room at the front on the roof) were spectacular. The owners were also great - picking us up and dropping us off at Preko for the ferry but also when we had done a large food shop!

This is more about the location of the property than the property itself. I think it’s too far from the shops if you are self catering and you would need a car. I don’t think you can hire a car on Uglijan and you would have to do this from Zadar. It’s on a busy road and currently there is a very large build going on down the road. You need to be fit to stay here with no car - the walk to preko ( 20 mins) and kali ( 10 mins) are down very steep slopes of more than 100m ( but that’s why the property has such amazing views!).

Disappointed! Tired, dated but fairly clean apartments. Outside area was also very rundown. Pool uninviting. Pictures obviously taken some years ago. On a main road, a 10min walk from Kali and 20mins from Preko with a steep uphill section.

It’s just brilliant- can’t fault it.
