Villa Dinastija

The staff/owners was very nice and helpful. The view from our room was also astonishing. Location was also great right between Kali and Preko, so you’re not far from both villages (but you’ll still need to walk a bit though).

Be aware that there is only the most necessary in the tea kitchen. It would be nice with more basic amenities like salt and pepper. Other than that, everything worked out great.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The balcony is decent size and had an amazing view of the sea.

The property could think about renovating the interiors in the future but for the money it was a great deal.

The room was clean and big enough for a couple. The view was stunning 😍 kitchen fully equipped, bathroom clean and comfortable. The pool was great for very hot days. Location is great - 10 min walk to beach in Kali and 20 min walk to Preko where ferry, restaurants and more beaches are.

Everything was fine.

The lovely family collected me from the port. This was really appreciated as although the property is very close, there is a super steep hill from the water that leads to the main road. It would be very difficult to pull a large case up that! It was very clean throughout, with good hot water for the shower. The pool area was lovely, clean and with sun beds.p and sunny into the evening. My balcony had the best view over the water. Once on the beach road, it was easy to get to the port (10 mins) and pop to the mainland on the ferry (20 mins). I did this every day. I also walked round to Preko, which has a few nice cafes near the marina. The host family were so lovely and helpful.

The property was on a very busy main road. To walk to the water or Preko or Kalis to get to the port or supermarket, you had to cross the road and walk along for a bit - sometimes with no pavement. The road down to the water was super steep and would be very difficult for many people to use. The room was spotlessly clean but very old and tired. There were many families staying in the property so quite noisy in the room, balcony and around the pool (not the hosts fault). I had an early flight home and needed to get a 6.15am ferry. I could not get a taxi that early to the port so I had to check out a day early and pay for a room on the mainland. There is no way I could walk down the hill with a suitcase. I did ask the host about this before booking and was assured this would be ok. Would be a good base if you had transport.

The owner is a very nice person. Communication before arrifval extremly fast and in time. When we arrived, Milan the owner, was expecting for us and he came to greet us. The house has a spectacular view to the sea, as i saw, all the apartments are in that manner that have this view. For sure we will come back to Villa Dinastija. Thanks a lot to them.

Beautiful views. relaxing pool area and stunning gardens that you can see the owners really work at. The owners were delightful.

The property needs modernising, its rustic yet charming. For the price I suppose this is what you expect. The lift wasn't working and we were on the top floor. Lots of steps from parking area with bags, and then again more to room. Not suitable for people who would struggle with steps. I would still stay again though :-)
