Villa Dinastija

The apartment with sea view was amazing, two bedrooms with large double beds, two bathrooms, kitchen with all you need and a balcony with the most amazing view. The hosts are great and lovely and are taking well care of the whole complex, gardens, pool etc. Btw, the pool is relaxing, fresh ang large enough for a family spending couple of hours there. We will for sure come back to this gem!

Beautiful garden, location and swimming pool for relaxing and enjoying vacation.

Swimming pool was wery nice and clean. Brand new elevator (for people who need that) Beautiful location surrounded with a lot of trees, especially olive trees Stunning wiew from our balcony over the island of Osljak and surrounding bay Hosts were very kind and friendly.

The furniture haved seen better days, bathroom and kitchen equipment need also an improvement. Floor have a shiny '90 finish, I tough the first couple of times when seeing that is still wet from mopping and afraid of slipping. Mosquitoes

Amazing location and stunning view . Bonus it had a pool . Also the host was very accommodating and helpful.

Only downside was there was no couch to sit on inside. But that was pretty minor issue.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. The property is perched on the hillside. We opted for the cheapest room available as it was just a short break and the view from the studio exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful gardens and pool. The view from our terrace was spectacular. Our Hosts Milan and Regine were very friendly and welcoming.

Air con in bedrooms very welcome, pool was lovely and never busy, often had it to ourselves. Apartments were quiet and all patrons respectful. Lovely walk along the coast to Preko and Kali.

Walk up from the coast path, but soon got used to it!

We (family of 5) had a fantastic stay at Villa Dinastija: the pool to cool us of, a short walk down the hill to take a swim in the crystal clear ocean, a fantastic garden, superb hosts and breathtaking views over the ocean and Zadar from the balcony. I highly recommend - this would be my first choice if I come back to Zadar again.

Me and my daughter had cool time! Our hosts were friendly and kind to us. They offered us ride there but first time we walked as there is nice beach nearby ( below). Walking distance to both Preko and Kali. Garden and pool are nice and the view to the sea is amazing! Last day We had evening flight to Budapest and they allowed us to enjoy pool, helped with bags and all as long we needed. We got ride back to ferry area, thanks so much. Other guests were nice and we enjoyed talking and chat at pool area. We will be back! 😊
