Contemporary, marine 2bd/1ba Apartment C in Kent

I tried to communicate 3 separate times with the 'HOST' prior to my trip and never ever got a response. Arrived on site at 1:30AM to rest and get ready for the next day to discover the "pin" I was provided did not work. The phone number for the 'HOST' turned out to be a US based Booking Dot Com office in New Jersey whose answering system did not connect to a human and took no messages. After 3 hours of sitting in my car with the heater running (outside temp was 43°) and trying to talk with humans via the AI assisted Main Norwegian number, whose only response is we have to give them 3 hours at least to respond, I am an elderly adult but what if I had a family with 3 kids - same result. I finally had to resort to locating any accommodation that was close just so I could use a bathroom or sleep after 16 hours of traveling at 5:30 AM when I was finally able to check in. My rating is 10 dumps

Perfect location, only 15 mins drive from Seattle airport. 20 mins walk to the supermarket, and very quite place. Good price for 3 nights

The heater could be updated for better use for both living room and bedrooms at the same time

The house was clean and comfortable but not well equipped if you intend to work while you are staying here. Me and my husband had to cancel my online meetings because of poor wifi connection.

The wifi connection was extremely poor. It was running between 0 to 26mbps. Inspite of multiple complaints with screenshots to the host there was no resolution. Infact the host suggested us to use the library 10 blocks away which was very disappointing. Me and my husband were both supposed to be working in the nights and early mornings but unfortunately we couldn't. It has caused us lot of trouble
