La struttura, di particolare pregio e carattere, regala agli estimatori delle soluzioni architettoniche innovative una straordinaria esperienza. Enormemente apprezzate la grande vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse, al centro, ai musei, al Danubio. Molto facile da raggiungere, attrezzatissima, estremamente confortevole. Parcheggio interno ed un piccolo supermercato di prossimità dotano la struttura di ulteriore comfort. Zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa, a tutte le ore. Ritorneremo con piacere.

Sehr gute Lage, moderne, komfortable und großzügige Wohnung

Vor der Anreise mussten Zubuchungen, wie Parkplatz, zusätzliches Zimmer, beim Vermieter noch mehrmals bestätigt werden. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig, z.B. keine Kochtopfdeckel. Auf den Balkonen waren noch Gläser mit Zigarettenkippen der Vormieter. Kein Fliegenschutz am unteren Schlafzimmer und keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit.

This is a really nice apartment in the heart of Linz. The place was quiet and I really liked the fact that there were outdoor balconies on both sides of the building.

My only complaint is that the mattresses were too soft.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

Everything was really absolutely great. Maybe just a very soft mattress on the bed, but some may prefer it. I prefer the harder ones.

The apartment was on the top floor over two floors with lovely balconies out of all bedrooms. The top two bedrooms also had insect nets fitted so you could leave the doors open during the night. The apartment had lovely bathroom with bath and shower on top floor and a further shower and toilet on lower floor with kitchen bedroom and lounge area. Apartment worked well for ourselves as we were two couples with adult child so one couple were on lower floor and other couple and child had top floor. The whole apartment was accessible by a lift. We had cycled there and were able to leave 5 bikes in the courtyard locked up safely. Apartment finished to a great standard and 5 min walk to centre. Also very good Lidl supermarket 5 min walk other way with fresh bakery and everything you need.

Nothing other than needed few more mugs in the kitchen.

Great central location. Beautifully designed spacious apartment. Good facilities.

No blackout blinds. Towels were a little thin and rough.
