The location was solid and the check-in experience was super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and it's a 5 minute walk to the old part of town. The place got a lot of cool looks from my friends who stayed with me. They were very happy about the location and the cool vibes at the spot.

Didn't have any issues or complaints. We would stay again.

The property is really spacious and the layout is very thoughtful. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, which is convenient. The location is really great, quiet street and 3 min walk to the main square. Well thought self-check-in process.

What ruins the impression is the lack of finishing and extreme cost-saving. The expensive part -- the actual renovation was done well -- and then suddenly the rest doesn't match the quality of the apartment. Tiny two towels per person, the shower with easily overflowing water, the bathroom without the shower curtain, etc. There are no curtains on the windows -- so the sun wakes you up at 5 am. But the worst of all is the lack of air conditioning. Summers in Austria are quite hot. The apartment is a loft that heats up even more! When it was 30 degrees outside, it was 35 inside, so good sleep was problematic. This apartment has 3 balconies, so there is plenty of space for aircon units -- at least for the bedrooms. If the owners were to fix these smaller details, which probably cost less than 3% of the apartment price, then the value for money would skyrocket. Until then the experience has a bitter aftertaste.

no cleaning supplies provided but instructions to use dishwasher. had to purchase everything including even the basic essentials you would get in a hotel room.

Great apartment, very new, has everything you need for a short stay. Good central location, short walk to the city center.
