Polmear Harbour View With Terrace

The position and the view from the terrace was amazing the kitchen facility was really good with lots of useful utensils which we like has its self catering .

The bedroom was at the rear of the property making it very dark although the window did open the handle was broken.Top of wardrobe was vey dusty and needed a deep clean. There was no light in the passage between the bedroom and the kitchen. The settee covers were dirty and needed washing . There were no outdoor cushions for the outdoor furniture

I liked everything about the place

Everything shut at 5.30 to 6 o'clock

Good location, well equipped apartment with nice decoration. The views from the terrace were lovely. The apartment had a coffee machine, washing machine and sky tv.

Unfortunately the level of cleanliness did not meet our expectations. We had to do a clean of certain things on arrival. Some of the fixtures could do with replacing as they were stained or dirty or not working. Soundproofing in the building is poor, you could hear what was going on in surrounding apartments. The apartment above’s waste pipe comes down next to the bed, so you could hear when toilet above was flushed, or had any running water in their bathroom, which woke us.

We really loved staying in this tiny, very well equipped apartment. The view from the charming little balcony is amazing. We loved our afternoon drinks out there, listening to the seagulls and watching the activity on beautiful Looe harbour. It’s very central and lovely walks all over the harbour.

The couch covers could do with a freshening up.

Musky smell in bedroom, cleanliness very poor

The property was fine once I got inside. It was clean and had most things I needed.

The door lock didn’t seem to work very well. Parking was atrocious but it was probably worse for me because of the weather so walking to & from the carpark was not easy.
