Gorgeous bay view. Overall location was lovely. Hosts super responsive

Our only issue was the hot water not working but that was a one off glitch fixed after our stay. Shouldn’t be an issue for renters going forward.

Great location! We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. Ocean views from bedrooms and living room, comfortable beds, fresh paint and carpeting, well stocked kitchen, good appliances, detailed information provided about house and appliances. Detailed suggestions for local activities and restaurants.

The flat is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a very central location. The views from the windows are breathtaking. Beds comfortable, great shower. One of the best places I've stayed. Host very communicative. Dunollie Castle and grounds really worth a visit as well as the ferry to Mull.

The views are absolutely stunning from both the living room and the bedrooms. The location is perfect, central for restaurants, bars, shops, and boat trips, everything really is on your doorstep. We travelled as 2 couples and there was ample room for all of us. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were fortunate to stay during the Winter Festival and we enjoyed the Christmas markets and lots of other festive activities that Oban has to offer. We will definitely return, you couldn’t find a better place to stay and we were blown away by the magnificent views!

Nothing, perfect apartment and location!

I loved the location. I love the fact Rab always emails me before I arrive and after I arrive. I have been to this property before. The flat is always perfect. The location is perfect. I would recommend a visit.

I feel guilty moaning about this but here I go... I am a pensioner and I struggle with the travel before I get to Oban. I then struggle to get a comfortable place to sit after I arrive in the flat. The decor is lovely and the chairs great...if you can get off and on them. Which I struggled with. I am sure there is a way round this as I would like to come again. BUT is it possible for me to get a chair that is not so low the next time I come Back?? I would love to come back, but now I am not sure if I can manage. I would like to point out this is MY issue and nothing to do with the flat or my hosts. You wont be disappointed if you come.

Perfect location in Oban, within walking distance to eateries and specialty stores. Great view from lounge and bedrooms and a sizeable kitchen, helpful host with local information provided in the apartment. Would recommend.
