The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and very homely. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions. We would definitely come back again! We have stayed at several.location in bali and this one we would rate the highest!

Truly everything - the apartment itself is beautiful, with the such a peaceful, beautiful view on the balcony, in a lovely complex, excellent facilities, a very comfy bed, and the nicest people running everything! And the location could not have been better. Just within our own quiet(er) neighborhood we were in walking distance to several great restaurants, moto rentals, massage, laundry, etc, and all while avoiding the true cluster that is central Ubud. When we did want to venture into the cluster, it was easy and fast to grab a Grab. We loved coming back to this place as our home base after navigating hectic Bali adventures, and feel lucky to have found it!

We would have loved to be able to take a standing, hands-free shower lol but a very minor complaint & didn’t affect our stay. 🙂

Family run Villa - very warm service, the people are very happy and they share the happiness with you. The Villa is really well located, close to everything you want to do in Ubud. The facilities are really good - the swimming pool with view over the jungle is amazing. The hosts amazed us with different towel figures every morning, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was very good.

Nothing really

We stayed here for 8 days at the end of April and absolutely loved it! Etik, her lovely family, and the amazing staff made our stay so special. They treated us like part of their family and gave us such a warm, unforgettable experience. The place was super clean — they cleaned our room every day and always left lots of free bottled water for us. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruits, juices, and a big plate with eggs or yummy banana pancakes. The rooms are huge, the beds and pillows are really comfy, and the whole apartment is beautifully decorated. We especially loved the little bonsai garden in front — it was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and just watch it. There’s also a fridge, a kettle, and free tea and coffee at the entrance, plus a big table where you can enjoy your meals. And the sweetest thing — Etik even set up a little playground for our daughter! She’s truly such a kind and thoughtful person. Thank you so much for everything — we’ll never forget this amazing staying.

We stayed in the two bedroom Villa with the private pool and it was absolutely stunning. It’s very large and private with an outdoor kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Amazing views, the jungle from the pool. The staff and the family that runs the place are absolutely awesome.

I stayed at this room with my partner, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The place was good value for money, the family are absolutely lovely. Our room had breakfast included, which was served at times that suited us esch morning that was very tasty!

Three magical, heartwarming nights with Etik and her lovely family! During Nyepi (Bali's Day of Silence) – when all outdoor activities stop – Etik graciously provided three delicious homemade meals at no extra charge – a truly touching gesture. By wonderful coincidence, her adorable daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday on Nyepi Day, and the family generously shared their festive cake with me 🥰 The accommodation boasts a prime location within walking distance of popular restaurants and cafés. Neighbors were exceptionally welcoming throughout my stay. I will definitely return to visit the incredibly kind hosts😝

The villa is newly built and we are lucky to be the first client to stay in this beautiful villa. Everything is perfect, sparkling clean and new, well designed, and it is located next to a river so there is a jungle view from the villa’s private pool. We feel like we are out of ubud, but it is just 5 mins walk through a road with shops, restaurant and massage shop to the main street of ubud center, about 15min walk to the palace. The villa is inside the traditional house of the owner Etik and her family who are wonderful people that makes us feel so welcomed, our room was cleaned everyday, she and her staff has prepared delicious and very generous breakfast to us the time that we want every morning at the dining area of the villa. My family and I enjoy our stay so much that we don’t want to leave and would strongly recommend this villa! Thank you so much for your host Etik! Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Honestly nothing

The apartment was quite spacious and all the furniture new, smart TV and big balcony to hear the sounds of nature and the traditional Balinese music. The rooms it’s upstairs and downstairs there’s a living room, small fridge and a table to seat and have the breakfast or delivered food. Ma’am was so nice and friendly, always ready to help in case of need 😍 Tirimakasi 🙏🏽
