Very complete and clean apartment. Location is perfect. Has wasmachine.

Was on the top floor. Only stairs going up.

There could have been better instructions on working the oven etc and it was difficult to open the laundry door.

It is a great apartment in the heart of the old city. The location can’t be better, everything is close to you, however, you won’t hear any night sounds or noise. The air conditioning is really good and quiet. My kids especially liked boarding games that you can find in the living room.

I totally understand it’s an old house without elevator, however it’s always was a challenge to climb up the stairs to the top floor after a bootle of the excellent Italian wine.

Unfortunately, we haven't met the host, but we've received a very informative video on how to get the keys and where everything is located. The whole apartment was wonderful - very spacious, clean, air conditioning, comfortable beds, etc. Also the location - excellent. My family loved it.

The location really is the absolute highlight of this property. Situated conveniently within the old town, only a short walking distance from anything you could ever dream of - restaurants, shopping, boat harbour - this is the best place to explore and enjoy Como. However, since the house is situated on a quiet street (no bars within at least 100m) and inside the yard, you can easily sleep with all the windows open, since there is absolutely no noise - we didn't even hear the church bells ringing! The peace and quiet is something that we appreciated very very much and which is also something that is not at all common in such locations. The apartment itself is very roomy, gets a lot of natural light and is really cosy and pleasant.

Attributing to the fact that the house is probably 100+ years old, the water pressure is extremely low and tends to fluctuate probably depending on whether anyone else in the building is using it. So if it is important for you to take your shower every morning and you are not willing to spend 20+ minutes doing that, then you are likely going to find this place challenging.
