The apartment location was perfect. The facilities suited our needs for a five night stay.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower screen leaks water onto the floor.

We like the location..its inside the old town of como..ita all walking distance either to thr lake, to station or to thr centre

We did not realize when we booked that there is no elevator.our room is on 3rd floor then we have to struggle to bring our luggage to the 3rd floor.it was quite exhausting

lovely apartment, lots of character which reflected the ambience of the old walled city of Como beautifully.

The patisserie downstairs makes the most delicious yummy things and we ate far too many of them!! We told ourselves that the 6 flights of stairs up to the apartment justified that self indulgence because we 'needed' the energy! 😄

Maria was a very gracious host. she was very accommodating for our early arrival and storage of luggage. the location was perfect for us.. A little off the path but very close to all the restaurants shopping and lake activities.

We stayed at this amazing apartment for 10 days (a couple with a dog, came by car, worked remotely during our stay). In was 10/10 experience! - exceptionally clean and had everything you may need - very friendly and helpful host who gave us a lot of information about our stay, and her wonderful son who did our check-in was extremely kind and offered to help with the luggage (the appartment is on 3rd floor without lift) - very quiet place, although there was a construction right in front we almost didn’t hear it - close to everything! Bars, seaside, shops, supermarket (24h carrefour), train station, funicular station, etc. - there are a lot of parkings close to the flat, we parked our car at Parcheggio Quatro Ponte (we arrived on Sunday and all the other parkings where full) - they had a lot of great tariffs and we paid only 80€ for 14 days. - great internet speed - there is a very good dog park with a water fountain within minutes from the house, and we also enjoyed taking a walk along Passeggiata Lino Gelpi with our dog! Please carry a water bottle with you to wash the dog pee off the streets, you will see a lot of people doing that, its a rule in Como. - overall very pretty flat, a lot of nice design decisions, very well thought through. A lot of space to store the stuff, and the room actually is bigger in real life than on photos!

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and exceptionally clean. Our host Maria is a delightful lady and extremely helpful. The location is in the heart of the restricted historic area and walkable from the train station. We couldn't have asked for a better location. One of the best we have stayed in over the years.

Great location in the old part of town, close to tourist attractions and good restaurants, but still very quiet for good rest. Spatious, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Maria's attention to details is key to the comfort you feel inside, as everything is well taken care of and good quality, from the kitchen to the bedroom and the bathroom.

The fact that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift complicates things for people who do not travel light. Fortunately, Maria's son was very helpful with the luggage. Also, it felt strange that we were asked to make a deposit at check in but we received it back when checking out.

Excellent location in the older part of town which was close to everything and very quiet. Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Maria was very quick to respond to questions.
