The location

Absolutely zero cutlery or crockery Could not even make a cup of coffee No decemt glasses No outdoor furniture Zero phone conversation as they only communicate via Whatsapp. For foreigners this can come across as fraudulent.

The house was well maintained and clean. Even the towel was new with WiFi and YouTube. The house is accessible to surrounding shop and place to visit.

The next door neighbour who is friendly to us, when we encountered difficulties. Neighbour is full time resident and offered help and even offered to contact Owner who is oblivious of poor management of Host (Verve Management)

Poor management standards by the Verve Concept Home (Host) who apparently runs a few other locations, which we also encountered bad experience in Ipoh 1) need to place additional deposit before checking in our E21 20 03 2) told us to collect keys from ANOTHER AirBnB mail box E2 05 09. Confusing procedure, possibly short staffed. 3) delayed our check in by more than 1 hour, as claimed by Host being public holiday and their cleaners behind schedule. Their WhatsApp message is very strict to Guests above Checking Out time, and Penalties Imposed (RM50 per hour for late check out) 4) young kids had to wait in car for an hour, despite arriving at correct Check In Time 5) bedsheets not very clean, possibly from rushed cleaning 6) Host had to enter our premises while we attended family event in evening on first night, creating unease and fear as many valuables lying around 7) Host needed to enter because we accidentally took the additional key of another AirBnB left in mailbox in, during haste to rush into our apartment E21 20 03 after waiting for an hour 8) Host initially asked us to put back keys into post box of OTHER unit E2 05 09 (doing their job so next guest of OTHER unit can Check In), all this while our family at event. Extremely stressful to my family event 9) Although Host offered late check out after our 2 day stays, we checked out ON TIME, to avoid this problem affecting the next customer coming in (to avoid continuous delays) and break this evil cycle. 10) repeatedly asked Host to consider a token discount of our nearly RM1k accommodation, but only encountered avoidance, non-reply and non taking responsibility of poor customer experience.

Everything is fine, nothing to complain much.
