"Price is reasonable for three rooms, nice pool view but poor maintenance of apartment and complicated procedure to check"

It located nearby old town, many hot spots and Kinta City shopping complex. I choose this property also the attraction of pool is build next to cave. Apartment is well cleaning, AC and fans worked well, located quiet and full of greenery.

The pool did not well maintained, water is full of debris and leaves. I disliked the response of homestay with many attachments and long fill in list while we travel hard to read/ write those messages. Description is not clear what are amenities will provide for guests. It is poor maintenance, we found the kitchen and bathroom taps are water leaking, even bidet spray is broken. 2nd bathroom shower floor trap is not worked water easily flow out. Suggested to have a tray for shampoo and shower gel.
