It was in a lovely quiet area with shops/restaurants/bar nearby and it was clean. On a bus route so easy to get into the city or train station. Good Wi-Fi

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Bought batteries for the remote control as it was missing one. Bit too far out for walking into city.

Key in lock box was bent and not working from the last user but we called the host and they came out straight away with a spare key even though it was late. We were very thankful as we had two young boys who were very tired and I don’t know what we would have done without such a responsive and accommodating host. The rooms were clean and location was excellent, easy bus or walk into city centre.

The bed itself was very comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t as comfy. That’s to be expected though, it was fine for a couple of nights.

Nice smart flat, about half an hour walking from the city center and very close to the bus stop. Very easy to park your car along the road. The flat has everything you need, is cozy and well equipped.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed mattress. Way too soft, gave me backache immediately after the first night.

Good location, easy instructions. Lovely apartment. Spacious. Comfortable.

Very well presented property in a quiet area within walking distance of amenities/shops/cafes. Good size and clean on arrival with simple instructions to follow.

• Pillows were poor • Radiator in bedroom couldn’t be adjusted, others could, leading to overly hot bedroom overnight

It was ideally located for our purpose - close to York and to Acomb. We walked everywhere! The flat its self was cosy and compact, clean and tastefully decorated. Also, you couldn't hear the traffic.

The front door was very stiff - which is a minor point!!
