Heating stopped working

Loved the location, especially with the private parking. supplied with all the kitchen equipment needed.

One fo my daughters found her bed really uncomfortable

Good location with the ability to walk everywhere

The mattresses in all of the beds are of inadequate quality with springs being felt causing undue discomfort to all. I cannot recommend staying in this rental property owing to the uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

Excellent location, very close to city centre and the train station but still relatively quiet. Everything in short walking distance, nice streets nearby with many cafes and restaurants. Spacious and clean accommodation with good heating. Great kitchen with everything necessary. Great shower. Comfy beds. Helpful hosts.

Bathroom rather jaded, with cracks in panelling and some areas with mould/mildew. Smell on arrival (apparently the river), could have done with windows being left open for airing. No instructions for recycling, in fact York as a whole seems pretty backwards in this regard - we did find a few places in the end. Washing machine but no dryer.

Nothing.

No working hot water or heating. Smell of drains from the sink. WiFi poor/intermittent. Expensive for the weekend we were there. Very unhelpful staff when complaining and enquiring about a refund.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped with all necessities. Comfortable beds and sofa. Brilliant location. Nice touch with tea, coffee and sugar available. Will be back again soon definitely !

Unable to grasp workings of heating and hot water.

Very handy for the City.
