Vi valgte stedet grundet beliggenheden så tæt på centrum som muligt, og pga god parkering ved stedet. Området var umildbart stille og sikkert at befinde sig i, især med hensyn til at vi befandt os i midtbyen.

Køkkenet kunne godt bruge mere service og køkkenting såsom sølvpapir og andre ting, da det virkede meget som om det ikke var tiltænkt at man tilberedte mad i lejligheden. Vi ønskede at det var lidt mere som et hjem.

Driving to the location using google maps was very confusing. Lots of no access streets. 20 Gardner street is the best destination to get to the car park.

Super location, smart and comfortable apartment with parking and electricity to charge the car. The kids loved it!

Slightly noisy ventilation system.

Both bedrooms very good. Kitchen diner all good and balcony was lovely to sit outside.

Walking distance into York centre. Great parking space with electric point. Quiet location, very clean and comfortable.

Location was great an easy 5 min walk to the city walls.

It was cozy and clean. Decor was spot on and tasteful. Everything was modern and good quality. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. Location is brilliant for exploring York city and surroundings. Lovely little balcony. Parking was very convenient.

There was a strange smell in the corridor outside the room which was very off putting but the actual apartment was lovely. I also do not like cushions and throws on beds as they most likely do not get washed every time there is a new guest so we put them to one side straight away. A hook to put your towel on in the bathrooms would have been good. The heating used to default to pre set temperature which was annoying at times but manageable. The TV and wifi wires were all exposed and messy. Luckily our boys are old enough to not touch them but would have been difficult with younger kids.

Good quiet location with secure parking space. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in showers was great. Lovely small deck was great for morning coffee and afternoon aperitifs. Bonus was having a few teabags and individual sugar for first morning tea.

Kitchen didn't have any cooking essentials that we have come to expect in a short term rental. No salt/pepper, no oil. No paper kitchen towels. No soap in showers. A little disappointed in that. Every other place we stayed during our 16 days of travel had, at the minimum, bathroom hand soap, kitchen roll, salt/pepper, and oil. Many of them had little baskets of goodies including cookies, wine, coffee, even small fresh jug of milk in fridge, as well as soap & shampoo in the showers. Those small touches are important to travelers and make the place more memorable.

Had everything you would need. Comfortable as being at home. Nice & quiet yet within short walking distance of town centre. Even had some outside space.

No negatives that I can think of.
