"Excellent"

A lovely space. My only complaints, the 10am checkout (another hour would have been nice). The lack of shower gel. I don’t often take toiletries away, just take for granted that they will be present.

"Property great but communication was awful"

The proerty itself and location were fantastic

The communication has been awful. Check in instructions were not sent the day before (they arrived one week late) we could not get untouch with anyone. Thankfully we got a code after 4pm with no WiFi code or any other information. I have emailed to discuss with the property and my concerns regarding the fact that on an emergency we would have had no way of contacting anyone. Unfortunately? One week late I still have no answers or a clear response
