Nell'appartamento: scarsa pulizia, mobili rotti, letto rotto, lo scarico della doccia ostruito, luce locali scarsissima, coperte piccole, divano sporco e macchiato, nessuna pentola solo padelle, porta bagno rotta, radiocomando TV malfunzionante
