"Excellent apartment and hosts"

The Avitan Apartments have everything you’d enjoy in a holiday let to make your stay comfortable and with bags of style! The communication is excellent, deposit returned promptly and everything as said! Easy check in/out. The apartment is very clean and they have catered for every need! Water was always very hot and the beds and bedding very comfortable! Great sized apartment located in a very safe and secure gated community! We have stayed before and have now experienced both apartments and couldn’t fault them! Would highly recommend to a couple wanting that bit more space or families!

Nada.

El trato de los anfitriones, nos obligaron a dejar 600 euros de fianza, y luego se inventaron que habiamos echo agujeros en la pared y que bebimos y fumamos en zonas comunes cuando es totalmente falso, aun asi nos quitaron de la fianza 150 euros. Nos pusieron dos rollos de papel para 4 días. Si tienen pensado alojarse aquí no lo hagan, es el peor trato recibido nunca.

"Pros and cons!"

Spacious for two, nice pool, comfy beds, usually quiet at night, coffee machine, responsive owner

Paying a €300 euro deposit on arrival seems over the top and as it’s returned by bank transfer we lost money due to the conversion process, this site says checkout 11-12 but cleaner arrived at 11 unaware of our checkout time and it was awkward so we felt we had to leave. So the checkout time is actually 11! Property has many stairs and is up a steep hill so won’t suit all. Bathroom door was broken (reported this) and hard to work.

"Lovely quiet clean apartment"

Apartment met our expectations and more, very clean, well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. The extra beach towels were very useful. Handy shops directly opposite the apartment and larger store less than 10 mins walk away. Would visit again!

"First Class"

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. We are a family of 5 and it is very spacious for us. Pool was great and Bakery across the road is amazing. Definitely recommend it
