The apartment is very nice and in a wonderful location. It’s bright, spacious, and very warm. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient for travelers arriving by train, by water, or by car. It’s very close to the train station and the port, and there is a parking area nearby. Carrefour is just around the corner, and there are several nice cafés and pizzerias in the area.

I have no complaints about the property itself. The problem we had was with the communication. On the day of our arrival, I received instructions and a code to access the apartment, BUT NO ONE INFORMED US THAT THERE SHOULD BE KEYS INSIDE THE APARTMENT! We arrived around 7:30 PM, checked in, and went out for dinner. When we returned, we realized we couldn’t get back into the building! From 10:40 PM to 11:43 PM we had useless communication over WhatsApp, and eventually someone came to let us in. He entered the apartment before us and confirmed that there were no keys anywhere! For an hour they kept explaining that: 1. We didn’t find the keys, 2. The cleaning company didn’t leave them, or even 3. Booking didn’t send the message to us!!! 4. The previous guests didn’t return them! I don’t know where the mistake was, but we spent an hour outside in 4°C without jackets. It was very unpleasant. After that, our stay was nice, and of course, I sent the host a photo showing that we left the keys in the apartment.

Ottima posizione, centrale e vicino ai servizi. Parcheggio non a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Poca attenzione verso il cliente, non era presente un rotolo di carta igienica in più, non c'era una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè. Pulizia del copridivano e del copri piumino insufficiente. Mobile del bagno rotto e rubinetto lavandino precario. Molti spifferi dalle finestre a cui mancano i profili di rifinitura. Mancano inoltre alcune stoviglie essenziali. Non mi è piaciuta inoltre la richiesta di una votazione da 10, nonostante alcuni problemi elencati da me siano già stati evidenziati in precedenti recensioni.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was mold in the shower and visible stains. The sofa bed cover had large blood stains, which was very unpleasant and quite shocking. The apartment was also extremely cold (min 17.9 and max 18.1°C), and despite asking for help, we didn’t receive clear instructions on how to use the heating. We ended up catching a cold and were sick for the rest of our holiday. The place is also quite dark and lacks natural light. Overall, the apartment needs much better cleaning and maintenance before being rented out again.
