"Nice vacation on the Lago Maggiore"

Good location as a base for trips around Lake Maggiore. Within walking distance of the Arona train station and the pier for ships. Also Arona old town. Nice apartment with big rooms. Simple check-in when you receive the code from the door through whatsapp.

Maybe only one thing. For mobile air conditioner, you need to open the window and place the exhaust pipe outside. In this case, hot air from outside enters the room. It would be nice to connect the pipe to a vent in the wall, this can greatly improve cooling.

Modern place, great communication, easy access.

Smart lock was hit and miss, maybe a key box would be better. Tech was cool but not being able to check in 10 mins early as its on a timer was a bit annoying.
