Es gab keine Rezeption,keinen Ansprechpartner, niemand war telefonisch zu erreichen. Zimmer wurde zweimal belegt,….. andere Mieter standen plötzlich in meinem Zimmer! Putz blätterte von den Wänden, Grünspan am Wasserhahn in der Küche

De ter tudo o que precisava e de ser bastante central. De ter água, chá e café à disposição na cozinha. Gel de banho, escova de dentes à disposição na casa de banho.

Da água quente não ter suficiente para a segunda pessoa e do cheiro da canalização no WC

Nothing really. Hard to think of anything positive at all. Overall the experience was utterly dire.

1) Appaling communication - no message via Booking.com to the operator was ever acknowledged or answered. 2) No instructions were given at any point prior to arrival as to how to access the flat, which is behind a locked entry area to the whole appartment comlese. Eventually, through asking unrelated fast food shops in the street, I found a restaurant in a different street where I could leave my bags till later when I could pick up a key. (This in French - not much English around there). 3) The flat had a plumbing issue with an overpowering stink in the bathroom. I made the mistake on day 1 and left the door oen; it stunk out the whole appartment. Closing the door kept the smell localised but really it wasn't acceptable in that condition. 4) The flat's front window is directely above a late-night music bar - open 8m-5am - and there is noise all night, women screaming, motorbikes revving, shouting in the street. I got basically no sleep the whole time. I looked at moving after the first night, abandoning the fee paid, but I couldn't find a hotel near my conference venue for less than another £750 for the three nights. 5) The basic window blind did little to keep light out from the main street. 6) There were strange comings and goings on the floor in the nightime as well, at all hours. 7) Wasnt the cleanest.

Die Sauberkeit in der Kitchenette lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Kaffemaschine war defekt ( Hebel zum Fixieren der Kaffekapseln hält nicht mehr— muss man manuel festhalten). Unter andrem war der Wassertank der Kaffemaschine/ Wasserkocher extrem unsauber— Grünspan und oder Schimmel innen. Im Bad ist die Farbe von den Wänden geblättert. … Das Appartment sieht eigentlich wirklich schön aus und das Bett ist bequem, aber eben wenig sauber was die Küche angeht. Schade …
