Very convenient location, lots of room, comfortable beds and rooms, warm.

This was a great self-catering apartment. We have no complaints, except it wasn't really clear that the booking.com pin number wouldn't open up the key box.

The location was perfect, we could see the slopes rising in front of our window! Additionally the location is in the Ruka Village. Living room was comfortably spacious and two bedrooms a great add. Also, you could see the slopes directly from your own terrace.

The sauna wasn't in a good shape, too dry & hot and the benches had some issues. When someone was speaking or moving in the corridor, you could here it clearly. Also, the facility notice that the towels and linen were there only FOR EXTRA CHARGE was not a nice surprise as we arrived.

The location is perfect as it is in the Ruka village itself close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean, a balcony with a view of the ski and the village plus a sauna inside the bathroom which was really nice extra. It was warm and cosy inside the apartment, our family had an overall comfortable stay. And it’s very good value for money as well. Would recommend!

The owner doesnt respond when contacted thru this app, no check in info or instructions were given to us so we had to ring him, but he speaks very little english so we asked help from the guy in the reception who was really helpful enough for us to check in. Other than that, I think everything was ok.
