The location is good - very close to the train station and the airport. Fast and good communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out conditions.

It wasn't super clean and maintained. The bathroom isn’t in a good condition and there were ants almost everywhere. The kitchen is somewhat equipped with a few things, but still can’t comfortably cook even something basic. There is no oil, salt or pepper, and I don't know why after so many reviews there are still no wine glasses? It's a good thing there's air conditioning, because in the warm months the heat is unbearable (last attic floor). Mind that the air conditioning managed to cool the lower part of the apartment, but it barely reached the upper room.

Staff was receptive to our needs, especially on early arrival and when reporting things that were not functioning properly. It's a great location from getting there and getting around perspective.

Bathroom needs a complete rework. Plenty of mold, dirt and limestone. Faucets hardly working. In general the cleaning was the biggest concern. Seemed very minimal, but if you move a furniture you find tons of dirt and dust. Kitchen was well equipped at one point in the past, but seemed to have lots some of it. There's a full size dishwasher, but not enough cutlery, cups or plates. There's a wine opener, but not a single wine glass. You're expected to sort the trash before taking it out, which is great. But there are no buckets or bags for it, just the biodegradable one for compostable leftovers.

Nice location. Staff were great and let us check in early. Having a dishwasher and washing machine made life so much easier. It felt really comfortable and nice there. As others have mentioned it was slightly noisy at the weekend, but I'm a really light sleeper and it didn't wake me up.

Could have done with a few more cups for coffee.

Property was very clean. Had the essentials, the bedding, iron, travel cot etc. staff were friendly. The location on the building was perfect to many food places and near the centre of the main shopping area

-the apartment was on the 3rd floor which was a mission to get to with 2 kids and 2 prams up the stairs every time. Plus the lights on the way up, would switch off as they were on a timer. We figured out by the third day that we need to press a light button on each floor to get to the next
