نظافة الغرف و الخدمات الموجودة مثل المطاعم اسفل الفندق من ماكدونالدز و دومينوز بيتزا وصيدلية وسبا و ايضاً مسبح للكبار والاطفال في اعلى المبنى ونظيفة ومكان العاب للاطفال واجهزة رياضة وسونا وبخار وتوفر المواقف لكل شقه موقف خاص ولا يوجد ازعاج بالفندق وافضل حاجة تعامل الموظفين واخص بالذكر الاخ / محمد انسان محترم وبقية الموظفات اللي يداومون المساء كلهم ماشاء الله تعاملهم راقي وراح اكرر الزيارة لهم بإذن لله . طبعاً سيكون هناك مبلغ تأمين 500 ريال عند الدخول وتم ارجاعها عند الخروج .

فقط ان المناشف في الحمامات كانت مستهلكة وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال بهذه الملاحظة عند الخروج علماً انني لم اطلب منهم تغييرها .
