I stayed at Le Mirage Downtown, and initially my experience was very good. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything seemed excellent at first. Unfortunately, one issue completely overshadowed all the positive aspects of my stay. Before making the reservation, I contacted the hotel specifically to ask whether beIN Sports channels would be available to watch the FIFA World Cup matches, especially the Saudi Arabia match. I was informed that the channels were available through the room’s TV service. I even asked again for confirmation, saying: “Are you sure? Otherwise, I will bring my own receiver with my subscription.” The hotel confirmed once again that the channels were available, and based on that assurance, I proceeded with the booking. However, upon arriving and entering my room, I was surprised to find that none of the TV channels were working at all. Several technicians attempted to fix the issue, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve it. My entire two-night stay ended without the TV service being restored. What was even more disappointing was that despite the inconvenience and the fact that I had booked based on incorrect information provided by the hotel, I was not offered any compensation or gesture of goodwill. This was highly unprofessional and very disappointing. Because of this experience, I do not intend to stay at this hotel again.
