Location- very difficult to find. Deserted area rather eerie at night. On the river which was completely dark, no lights at all. The river is dirty, entirely covered by thick green algae. Not very pleasant.

A little compact for a long term stay but for a weekend in York it is ideal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet & relaxing with a river view with plenty of wildlife to view. Exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable.

No instructions how to work the oven/ combi microwave! There was a booklet but it was about care & maintenance. The keysafe attached to the side of door for entrance into the apartment is impossible to see unless you are either carrying a torch or smartphone with light. Easy walk into town and mostly on flat ground which is a bonus when you’re not very “able bodied”

Lovely flat, easy walk into town. Great shower. A Microwave would have been the icing on the cake.

Kitchen tap very loose where mounted in work top. This needs attention urgently for your own sake as could allow supply pipes to work loose in tap. You should check the staining on shower room ceiling to see if there is a leak from flat above. The above did not detract from our positive experience from our stay, just thinking of the wellbeing of the flat.

Nice studio apartment in a good location, with clear communication from the hosts on how to find it/get into the apartment etc since there's no one on site

Parking is a bit of a faff, and our reserved space had been occupied by some randomer who wasn't meant to be there... Was resolved by calling the staff - although since there's no staff on site it was more effort than it needed to be with a bit of waiting around
