Riverside Studio Apartments Close To City Centre

Great location, close to the centre of York and on the river Foss. Original brickwork and pillars have been incorporated into the apartment. Parking available on site. Comfortable and has everything needed.

Location was excellent for exploring York.

Car parking was VERY tight as one side next to a wall Lock boxes for keys not easiest to read in available lighting Kitchen cupboards set quite high to access items in back of cupboard

Perfect location near to the city centre but also quiet.

It was ideal walking distance to city centre, security for parking and the apartment was excellent.

Slightly disappointed with the apartment, attention to detail needed, the apartment needs decorating in areas , upgrading in the bathroom and kitchen also expected mattress and pillow protectors to be used, but there was none.

Beautiful apartment next to the river. Very clean and everything we needed for a short stay. 5 mins walk to York centre and parking provided.

Great location for city centre. Onsite parking was the deal clincher when looking for somewhere to stay. Comfortable bed and couch. Good shower. Clean. Quiet and pleasant location.

1) Key box to apartment. It was so dark in the corridor and the angle of the box made it difficult to get in, which really annoyed me. 2) Car park fob system wasn't great, it opened the main vehicle entrance but not the pedestrian door which was annoying. 3) The gate to the riverside walkway has a code which we weren't given so we had to take a long route to the city centre. 4) At this price a coffee machine (and even a little dishwasher are standard - neither were available). 5) A couple of minor maintenance issues: broken curtain rail in living room, cobwebs at high level, broken handle inside shower cubicle door water staining to bathroom sink, bathroom shelf hanging off wall. 6) The fan was a nice touch - given the lack of air-con - but was ineffectual (it was quite warm during our visit).

Long walk to room. No real wow. Small for money. Tight parking.
