Nice kitchen and living areas. Good appliances.

Rather hard to find the front door. I expected a front desk, but all contact with managers is by phone. Check out at 10 is too early for tourists. There were some coffees and teas, etc., left by previous guests that were getting old.

It is in an amazing location, right in the thick of all the action and attractions but once back in the wonderful accommodation, you hear no outside noise, just so peaceful and relaxing with everything you could possibly need.

There really was nothing not to like!

* Location, location, location * Walking distance to the York Minster, the Roman Wall, and Shambles * Very nice restaurants in the area * Tesco Express nearby * Apartment layout with 2 full bathrooms

* Thermostats were not working when we checked in, so there was no heat. * No towels were out and the towels that were found in the under bed storage were slightly damp. Not sure if they were clean. * Ran out of hot water. The water tank boost cycle did not seem to work. Adjusted the timed cycle to get the unit to turn on.

Location, size and decor of the property

No help with locating the rear entrance to the property as you can no longer get a car to the front. We were just twice given walking directions, obviously no use. Took an hour to discover and access Granary court at the rear, then some time to final a secure car park. Seriously need to give help with this.

Fantastic location & apartment facilities

Many many great features about this place. Nice to have the spices and other home additions in the kitchen.

There is an axe throwing place very close which makes an afternoon nap a bit tricky but otherwise good.
