Property location walking distance to York Barbican, buses midweek good, local amenities good.

Lack of certain toiletries for a 4 night stay. Existing issues ie iron mark on carpet ect should be declared, as I had to make my own list & take photographs of existing damage. A retractable umbrella for roof garden, would be a plus.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Apartment was dusty and not cleaned properly. No tea towel, blankets and cushions were dirty.

It was nice to have a balcony. The kitchen was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I liked that you supplied tea and coffee as well as washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The free wifi was great and the smart tv was a nice addition.

When we arrived, the cushions for the outdoor furniture were dirty, wet and on the floor, the bin was half full and I noticed an off putting stain on the green cushion (indoor couch). There was washing liquid supplied to clean dishes, however no tea towel or sponge.

The room was really nicely furnished and felt homey while still modern and clean. There were some nice touches like an espresso machine and milk/coffee sachets.

The balcony door wasn't locked on my arrival and I struggled to lock it throughout the stay. It may have just been me but may be worth looking into for safety?

The property itself was cosy, it was local to the centre via an Uber.

The bed, what can only be described as a bed you’d buy a teenage boy. For 2 full grown adults, this made the stay a little uncomfortable to say the least. The pillows were also horrific. The sofa bed isn’t the comfiest either.

What a cute little apartment. Very clean, close to the centre. Perfect weekend away

Not far by bus from railway

No heating when I arrived. Slats on balcony door missing so felt uncomfortable as far as privacy went...found balcony door a struggle to lock and had to call maintenance to help, didn't want to leave valuables and felt uncomfortable sleeping with door unlocked. Next day maintenance came but missed most of morning sightseeing. Not totally clean on arrival and moss could have been cleaned from balcony furniture. 1 light bulb constantly flashing in bedroom area. For £ per night...simple maintenance or cleaning should be better
