City Centre - The Old Committee Room-free parking

Ideal location for centre of town. Rooms set out with everything you need. Nice touch of tea coffee and a couple of treats to welcome us, ideal after travelling. Great communication with owner and everything explained brilliantly.parki g a few minutes walk from appartment but safe and clearly marked out.

Bedroom set out fine only issue was the space between bottom of bed and the near by wall not a problem until needing bathroom at night. Bed on the hard side for us. Internet dropped which stopped us viewing the TV, so we just went out.

Not enough shelving/storage in the bathroom. Shower gel dispenser was still broken despite being reported back in October.

Excellent location, 8-10 minutes walk to all of the tourist sites. The room faces back from the main street, so it was lovely and quiet. High ceilings and windows made it feel really bright and welcoming. The building is stunning. It was super cosy, with full control of the heating, and had everything that we needed. The free parking permit was excellent, and we found a spot a few streets away. The main thing for us was enjoying the sheer choice of food and drink on just this one street. It was foodie heaven and away from the madding crowds. Rich was a great host and gave clear communication. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Living room larger than expected. Location great.

Boiler in the bedroom was noisy.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location for easy walking distances to restaurants, shops, museums and Minster. Quiet apartment as it is at the rear of the building. 5 minute parking limit at the front to off load cases. Parking permit available on request, for nearby streets - resident parking.

Nothing to dislike

The location was amazing. We couldn't have been closer to the centre. The flat was comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. There were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from and the communication with the owner was really easy and accurate. The parking was a huge bonus and the space outside to unload was a massive bonus. We will definitely look to book again if we return to York!

There was nothing not to like

Ideally situated, couldn't be better. I thought the parking situation was going to be a bit of a pain, but again it was really easy and just a short walk from the accommodation. Very comfortable room had everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.
