City Centre - The Old Committee Room-free parking

the location is fantastic for getting to see all of york it also has shops near by for essentials and is surrounded by restaurants and bars etc

the bathroom was dirty and mouldy it's no longer that way as I cleaned it before we could use it there are a few items that are damaged that just bring the over all place down somewhat and unfortunately we found out the washer dryer had a fault code so had to contact our host to find out what we could do to unlock the machine that took away our last night as we had to then go take our wet clothes to a laundry mat to dry them

The location was perfect for quick walking distance access to the main section of York. Easy parking - not too far away from apartment. Plenty of food and drink options close by without having to head into the crowds. Apartment was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the opportunity to sit in a pleasant garden in the sunshine at the end of our day.

Location was excellent for York centre.

The apartment was nice but a little tired, could do with a refresh.

Check in was easy with all the information provided by the host. The location was great for walking around the city. The beds were really comfortable and there was a lovely little walled garden to sit in and catch the sun. A parking permit was included which was great as we were driving through to Edinburgh and it’s not easy parking in York.

Finding a park where we could use the permit wasn’t easy but with the map provided by the host we eventually got one a bit of a distance from the apartment. Not really a problem as we left the car and walked everywhere. Just checking on it from time to time. Not a lot of room in the bedroom especially with our luggage. No tea towel to wipe up.

Very comfortable and homely. Fantastic location very close to city centre but very peaceful. Excellent bus links outside front door. Parking permit real plus.

The buulding was really close to everything i needed go get to . Like nice places to eat good bars and is also very close to most off the attractions in york . I d definatly stay again .
