Everything. Loved our stay. Beautiful clean apartment. 20 mins walk from town centre and you can also take the bus easily.

Comfortable bed.

Communicating with the host was a bit of a haste and the flat was not ready at check-in time. Accessing the flat is through a back alley that is not that clean or pleasant looking and the flat is also visible from the alley because there are no curtains on the window. I was offended that the owners asked me in a follow up message to “rate the flat a 10 so they could grow their business” and to email them any critique separately so it would not affect their overall rating. This subverts the whole idea of a rating system and I wonder if the overall rating hasn’t been artificially inflated because of these requests to past guests.

Location, cute & comfortable little 1 bed flat with everything. Close to river and Round Tree park. Cafe in park was only about 10-15 mins walk. Would definately be happy to stay again.

Great location just a short walk into York Center. Very well presented accommodation. Homely and cozy .Great outdoor area and the fact that it has its own private entrance and you dont have to come through the main entrance. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about the property we just found it a little tricky to work out exactly where it was as there was no sign to say courtyard and didn't realize you had to go to the back of the building but when I connected the owner I got a quick response and was very friendly and helpful.

Property is clean and decorated beautifully and very homely. The walk into the city centre was nice. Location is perfect as the area is quiet and there are shops and cafes within walking distance, and the building itself is very quiet which was perfect. Would 100% stay on our next visit to York!

Apartment was outstanding and had everything you require and really tastefully decorated. Stayed for 5 days so washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen facilities made a difference. The court yard when sunny was brilliant. Location could not have been better, no need for the car, buses into and from York centre in literally 10 minutes from door to door. Also host was great and texted to ask if we needed anything throughout the stay.

Very clean and modern. Bus stop end of the road. Extras provided like salt, washing up liquid, etc. Nice shower.

Beds were so uncomfortable. Too small for our family (5). We didn’t spend much time inside the apartment and didn’t intend to, but sleeping wise it was really uncomfortable. Not really the space inside, but the main bed was so small my children (7 and 4) fell out of it, it was like musical beds the first night. I tried sleeping in it (big bed) with 7 year Old and he fell out again. Tiny bed, and the sofa bed was really small and huge gaps either side and uncomfortable with springs. Lights outside on and off all the time all night if you are sleeping in the living room it just wakes you up constantly, and you can see it through the bedroom window too. Found it hard to find the key box and was rumbling about in the dark with all the kids trying to find it. Easier instructions would be better. Also outside the back door (which is the way in and out of the apartment via stairs) it is essentially a bin yard. There was broken glass, wine bottles and bin bags strewn on the floor and didn’t feel safe with my children walking around there.

Great stay, great accomodation, great location. It was a lovely apartment, great full sized kitchen, comfortable bed, perfect for our stay. There is a bus stop at the end of road, lots of bars and shops aswell.
