Excellent location

Flat was too warm and no opening windows

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Close to the city wall so we could leave the car parked and walk to the attractions. The host provided biscuits and milk which was a nice touch, and we were able to arrive earlier than the stated time as the apartment was ready.

We couldn't open any windows to get fresh air and it would be better if that could be improved. It may be because it's an old building and may have restrictions regarding modernisation.

Was well equipped, comfortable and welcoming - great to come back to relax after sightseeing in York x Wonderful and within close proximity of all main parts of the city !

Lovely clean apartment. Great little extras like coffee pods and biccies. Location is ideal for all attractions in York plus a very short stroll to supermarket. Great for a couple with one older or two smaller children. Everything you could think of needing was there, even down to a phone charger and bamboo toothbrushes. WiFi top notch and the TV had plenty of apps along with Live channels.

Blackout curtains would help an awful lot. Also there was a bit of an issue warming the apartment so maybe a stand up heater might help when you come in from a blustery, cold day. Maybe it should have been obvious to us but when we arrived the corresponding parking space to flat number was taken so we parked in another bay. Much to the chagrin of flat 4 who wrote a rude note and pushed it under the door. We moved once the space was clear for the flat.

We'll definitely stay here again,we loved it. This place is super clean, spacious, near to the centre, has a parking space, quiet and everything you need for a short or long stay. Bea was really helpful with information beforehand about York. But It was a little cool. It's such a big space. The heaters just didn't fill it with warmth, I know from experience storage heaters aren't so good for heating large rooms,But if you put the throw over your legs, it's not too bad. Thank you Bea

Brilliant location and lovely property

Nothing all round great place

Really excellent location for a stroll into the city. Extremely well equipped with everything you need for a night in or a night out. Very relaxing. .

Clean and comfortable inside, the sofa bed was very large and comfortable. Good location and parking felt safe and secure.

The living room felt quite cool, it would be nice to have a setting to change the temperature there. It would be good to have day parking available for the customers' convenience rather than move the car during the day.

Just what we needed! And everything we needed. Quiet, great location and very well equipped.
