The host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location. The secure parking was a bonus. Everything was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

"One night in York"

The location and ease of access. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, quiet location.

Very small, one bath towel each, quite cheap quality, no second towel for hair washing etc, tv was advertised as satellite, no mention you had to use your own subscriptions, our TV was logged into a kids channel, no instructions, had to call host, shower not easy to use. No windows we could open, very stuffy. Heated towel rail off, no instructions on how to switch on to dry towels.

Great location with parking. The owner has thought of everything you may need and included it.

Got a little stuffy in the bedroom as I struggled to open the window, but it wasn't really an issue.
