Very well appointed app

We have stayed at this property before, it is an ideal base to stay when you want to explore the city and there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The team that look after the property are great too.

The mattress on the bed could do with being replaced it is a bit lop sided!

Gated secure parking, location to the city centre. All required facilities and spacious.

Window frames not sealing allowing in sound and light, toilet flush made a strange noise when filling, extractor in bathroom on all the time, we turned it off in the boulder room in the end. Roof window was green and should be cleaned. Tap in kitchen appeared not to have been used as coughed and sputtered when first turned on, then was intermittent flow. Sink in bathroom has a leak on the waste pipe. Dining room chairs were tatty and warn. Skirting board in bathroom needs replacing as warn and marked. Walls over the storage heater was marked and needs either cleaning or repainting. Needs a refresh.

A couple of the windows had big gaps which allowed drafts and cold in. Not a problem but could be in the colder months.
