"Excellent Location, great value for money best place to stay in central York."

Location was brilliant, and having Brian on hand to help us get settled in was a bonus! Spacious and really light can even see the minster from the bedroom.

The bed was really uncomfortable for me, it had dips in it on both sides, the shower rail could have done with a bit of a clean and there was a few cobwebs on the ceiling had this been right it would be an easy 10.

"Brilliant location close to City centre but still quite and relaxing"

The property was large, comfortable and very clean with all the amenities you would ever need. Struggled getting hot water despite hitting the boost control but could have telephoned Brian had it been a big issue.

Fabulous apartment, clean tidy and spacious. Well equipped and ideally located. This was the second time we have stayed and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
