Bootham Luxury Apartments with Free Parking

Il manquait des couverts et le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou très mal fait.... ce n'était pas vraiment sale mais poussiéreux et la vaisselle était mal lavée. A mon avis il faut changer de femme de ménage !! Quand on lui a fait la remarque, le gérant est passé rapidement avec des couteaux et des cuillers pour compléter

The location was excellent. The instructions were clear for check in and check out. The main bed room bed was very comfortable. The bed linen was very clean and the sofa bed is big. I liked that there was a washing machine but we didn’t use it.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It would’ve been great to have some shower gel or equivalent. The coffee machine was broken which meant that the nice touch of coffee pods couldn’t be used. Some of the fittings were quite worn e.g the condition of the shower head, the tea caddy’s were chipped and the blinds were fraying as they don’t roll up and down properly.

Perfect location , easy parking , clean and tidy.

Windows didn’t open fully.

The property was brilliant, well furnished and in a great location. The parking permits were useful and a great touch. A thoroughly good stay.

The only negative was that the check out time is very early. A 4pm check-in and 10am checkout seems a little tight and made for a rushed checkout morning. If this was more relaxed (10:30 or 11:00) it would have made for a perfect experience.

Location is excellent for city centre access. Located on a quiet street even though it is a cut through for the train station. Snug 2 bed rooms, with room for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children)

No freezer - luxury apartment, you'd expect a freezer No TV channels. Any TV was via Apps, or Netflix subscriptions and the like. Again, for luxury, you would expect standard, what are now basic, Freeview channels on the main TV Unfortunately, the smoke alarm went off at 3.15am on our first night. No fault of anyone, but hadn't a clue what caused it, or how to turn it off (quickly rectified the following day).

Very central a 5 minute walk to the main central part of the city. Was nice to walk around all day exploring and then come back in the evening and chill in the comfy space. We got meal deals for two and cooked them in the evening. Bed was comfy had a great night sleep.

The fan in the bathroom could do with being replaced with a more powerful one as there was no window and it did get steamed up but we left the door open and it soon cleared.
