Great location to the town centre & a shop 100m away for your essentials if needs be. comfortable, has everything you need. Parking right outside the front door included which is a bonus in York!

There wasn't anything to dislike, the only negative was the TV remote was slow and if that's the only issue you're doing well!

Loved the location, and the comfort! It was beautiful!

Didn't understand how the sleeper sofa worked, but it was fine for our child. It was extremely comfortable!!!

Beautiful apartment, lots of space, great location- even a Christmas tree in the lounge!!

Just felt for that level of accommodation, good quality toiletries could be included, and also better basic initial supplies for the kitchen- more like you have in a good hotel

Location was great. Easy walking distance to the art gallery and cathedral. Decor was great. Facilities in the kitchen were good too.

There were no window covering in the kitchen living room. At the beginning of August the apartment was extremely warm as there was no shade from the sun. Also a privacy issue. The back of the toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly. Looked fine until the toilet seat was put down and then it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned fully.
