Excellent apartment,Spacious, clean, organised, very close to the beach, all equipment, quiet residential, definitely best apartment so far,I will definitely recommend or come back here.

The only positive aspect of the apartment is the view from the balcony, which is beautiful. However, despite the large balcony (almost a terrace), no basic outdoor amenities such as a simple grill were provided.

The apartment is in very poor condition overall. Everything is extremely worn and outdated, with an old renovation. The bathroom had visible mold and rust. At check-in, the kitchen was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. All surfaces were greasy, including the kettle. Inside the oven there was spoiled cooked food left by previous guests. The dishes and cutlery in the cabinets were dirty, with food residue on them. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and fell out of the unit when touched. A cleaner was called and spent approximately three hours cleaning the kitchen, but the dishes and cutlery still remained dirty afterward. To avoid further delays, I had to purchase basic kitchen items at my own expense, including plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, and a frying pan. Most of the apartment furnishings and fixtures are heavily worn. The balcony door does not function properly and the lock is broken. Several light bulbs were burnt out and had not been checked or replaced prior to arrival. The sofa in the living room was visibly dirty and covered with a throw to hide stains. Originally, the apartment had one bedroom. The kitchen was moved into the living room, and the former kitchen space was converted into an additional bedroom. This second bedroom is extremely small: the door cannot be fully opened, and there is space only for the bed. The apartment is poorly equipped. Kitchenware is mismatched, worn, and in poor condition. The frying pan is badly scratched with a damaged non-stick coating. The refrigerator had an unpleasant odor. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was old and moldy, and the bathtub was cracked and rusty. There is no lock on the bathroom/toilet door. The agent who welcomed us acknowledged that the conditions were unacceptable. I do not understand why the apartment has been allowed to deteriorate to this state. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable.

Dla samego widoku warto wynająć ten apartament. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba do tygodniowego pobytu.

Słabo oznaczone budynki co sprawiło pierwszego dnia kłopot ze znalezieniem apartamentu. To nie jest wina właścicieli a generalnie oznaczenie w okolicy.

Bildes atbilst realitātei,palikām naktsmītnē 6 cilvēki (5 pieaugušie+1 bērns),vietas pietika visiem.Ļoti tīrs un kārtīgs.Lieliska vieta,ar fantastisku skatu no terases uz okeānu un tuvējo apkārtni.Atsaucīgi saimnieki.

Baseins neatrodās tieši pie nakstmītnes,bet nedaudz zemāk no kalna.Tiem kas velās pamatā atpūsties pie baseina iespējams nebūs ok.Mēs apmeklējām baseinu 1-2 reizes dienā un tā nebija liela problēma.

L'appartement est très bien situé. L'accès y est assez facile car le propriétaire nous attend sur place pour nous expliquer. Tout était très propre. Logement très bien pour 6 personnes

Une table pour pouvoir manger dehors serait un plus à la place de la table basse

The location was superb! My third time in tenerife and this was my best accommodation. Great view, plenty of activities nearby, great kitchen facilities! Thanks to our host!
