Central Penthouse with Stunning Terrace, Sea Views & Parking

A pleasant property in a nice town. Altea is an attractive place. Good communication from owners.

Hard to find. The flat could do with a refurbishment. It is looking a bit tired. The shower is very small and new towels are needed. Parking underground is a very tight entrance/exit.

Spacious living space and a good size terrace. Well equipped kitchen and utility with anything you could need, though only a two ring hob. Our second time at the Penthouse and already booked for 2027. Great location for Altea's main street and the promenade. It is a home from home, thank you Cristina & Sergo

I would prefer a glass door for the shower, instead of the curtain. The 2nd bedroom is small and has limited clothes storage, so 4 adults might struggle, but a family with young children would be fine.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Appartment, unkomplizierte Übergabe und gute Kommunikation. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kein unterkunft mit viel herum stehendem Krimskrams, gut strukturiert
