Good spacious apartment. Great having access to the pool area looking over the sea.

On my last day there were very loud roadworks outside my arpartment all day long so I had to stay out all day. That was a bit of a bad end to otherwise very relaxing place. Also did'nt have water in the apartment on the first night was was also a bit of a inconvience.

The location of both the apartment on the complex, next to reception, supermarket & resturarant, and the location of the complex, next to the beach, halfway between Alvor & Portimao ! The size of the apartment and the outside patio area were huge. Everything was provided even, soap in the bathroom, washing up liquid & tea towels. The communication with the hosts was very good.

The woman on the complex/apartments reception was very unhelpful and actually quite rude. Although it says you have access to the “Atlantic Pool” (which is fantastic), you have to pay for the sunbeds & umbrellas around the pool (€25 per day) which is a lot of money on top of what you pay for the apartment especially if you want to use the oool every day. I feel that should be negotiated with the complex by the Hosts to either be free or for a token charge of maybe €5 per day. The lift down to the beach wasn’t working, which meant that anyone with a physical disability would really struggle to get down to the beach.

De locatie was prima maar ook de goed uitgeruste keuken met wasmachine, afwasmachine, Nespresso apparaat en vriezer. De douche was ook heerlijk, alleen het douchegordijn is dan wat minder prettig. De contacten met de verhuurder waren super, zij reageerden snel en to the point.

De inrichting en de staat van de badkamer waren iets gedateerd maar daar was de prijs ook naar.

As 2 árvores à frente do pátio, além de serem lindas, dão uma sombra deliciosa. O ambiente do aldeamento é muito descontraído e tranquilo. Tudo fica próximo e acessível.

As camas poderiam ser melhores. A decoração e disposição de mobiliário podiam ser melhoradas.

Die Anlage befindet sich in einer tollen Lage am Meer mit sehr schönem Strand. Der Atlantik Pool mit Blick aufs Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr praktisch war auch der Mini Market und die Pizzeria. Man kann eine große Wiese mit Meerblick fürs Picknick und zum Spielen nutzen. Die Wohnung ist mit relativ neuer Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sowie Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Die Küchenuntensilien waren ausreichend.

Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse ist nur mit 3 Stühlen ausgestattet. Tisch und Stühle sind sehr ramponiert. Das Bad ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab nur wenige Handtücher. Ein eigentlich angekündigter Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche erfolgte nicht. Der Lack der Stühle in der Küche war klebrig.

Alojamento sem ar condicionado, a limpeza se foi feita, não se notava.
