Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Blick auf den See und die Berge. Helle und großzügige Wohnung.

Das Doppelbett ist etwas zu schmal für 2 Personen und es gab auch nur eine Zudecke.

Location with beautiful view and access to lake for swimming. Good seize and very clean.

Parking is far away and on the off chance. Carrying suitcases is really hard. No suitable for disabled or elderlies. As we arrived on Monday no local shops were open without losing parking space and it was very warm. Host did not offer any water or solution. We were told to walk to nearest town and we had to walk on the street for some of it. Area is idyllic but does not have any shops or restaurants walking distance. Teenagers who were in the apartment nearby hanged out drinking chatting loudly and jumping into the water till the early hours of the morning two nights out of three so we could not get any sleep. Thus should be addressed if they want to continue letting this place to couples or families. That ruined our stay there.

Unbeschreiblich schöne Lage, ruhig, so das man vom seichten Wasserplätschern wach wurde. Der alte Ort, mit der Villa Faragozza Roi ist nur schnuckelig. Und das Appartment ist sehr geräumig. Morgens direkt im See baden gehen ist toll. Zwei Kajaks können benutzt werden und bis zu 5 Fahrräder 👍🏻 4-5 Nespresso Kapseln waren schon im Appartement

Das das Licht und Dunstabzug am Herd nicht funktioniert und wir nicht drauf hingewiesen wurden. Da man die Gaseinstellungen nicht sehen kann dann. Wichtig ist zu wissen, das man doch einiges an Treppen überwinden muss um dort hin zu kommen. Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte! Und Einkäufe, sowie Gepäck ist ein „schleppen“ Lohnt sich aber!

Der Blick auf den Luganer See ist sehr schön. Auch der seitliche Blick in den "Hof", echtes Italienfeeling! Unterhalb ist die Dampferanlegestelle. Ende Mai ist noch sehr ruhig. Die Schifffahrt beginnt erst im Juni. Es war auch ruhig im Haus was aber von den Mietern/Urlaubern abhängt. Weiterhin standen zwei Paddelboote und zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, alles gut in Schuss. Man kann dort auch baden, rechts von der Anlegestelle. Besonders hervorheben, möchten wir Nicole, die Betreuerin der Ferienwohnung. Sie hat keine Mühe und Zeit gescheut, bei Problemen und Fragen zu helfen, allerdings nur ital. oder englisch. Eine sehr angagierte Frau!! Die Zuwegung zur Ferienwohnung ist nur über viele Treppen und teilweise schmalen Gängen zwischen den Häusern zu erreichen. Wir wussten das und fanden es schön romantisch....Vom Parkplatz musste man ca. 250-300 m laufen. Mit dem Auto kommt man nicht ans Haus, das sollte unbedingt bedacht werden!!

TV Empfang, nur Internet ging aber nicht so richtig. War uns dann auch nicht so wichtig.

De badkamer had een vreemd luchtje. En omdat de grenst aan de slaapkamer was dit niet optimaal

The amazing view from the apartment was worth it all. A lot of space for three people. Nice surroundings. Host (Nicole) was very helpful, sweet, and easy to get in contact with. Expected parking to be a problem, but that turned out to be free and easy to find.

Kitchen equipment was limited (too few plates, glasses, etc. ). A bit difficult to find at first :-).

Everything amazing as usual! From the quiet location, the fantastic lake view and the beautiful and spacious apartment. We keep coming back to spend a few days just relaxing and recharging!

It was our second time in this apartment and it was a wonderful stay as we expected. It's a very nice and confortable apartment in such a quiet and beautiful location with stunning views. Just perfect to relax and unwind. We'll be returning!
