Very very nice and smartly laid out, everything you could want for a break in York.

The heating and or heating system was rubbish. We stayed during the cold snap 19-21 Nov. The heating was on during the early evening but then shut down for no apparent reason, there was no instructions either for how to circumvent the auto system to manual override to warm the place up. We did get a portable heater of the night maintenance man but for safety reasons we switched it off overnight. We only had this on the 2nd night. 1st night internal temperature was +10.5 C and 2nd night it was +13.5 C

5 minute taxi ride from the train station. Great location and very close to the Shambles area. Appartment was great. Big shower room, well laid out living area with kitchen, lounge area and free standing bath.

There wasn't much storage for clothes etc.
