It was modern & comfortable. Great location for Monkbar Gate. Shower was fantastic! Getting a parking space is a bonus. Perfect for a family to stay in.

No drying rack which was inconvenient for getting the kids clothes dry. There is a tumble dryer but I’m not a fan. Kitchen doesn’t have a collider.

Clean and comfortable good location

Bedroom backed onto carpark, noise from cars, lights came through curtains at night. Street noise,opposite small industrial estate. Very overlooked.

Spacious lounge, comfortable & location was superb for the city

Being very picky but it could do with a little house maintenance just to elevate the quality

Convenient location

Although the corner sofa unit looked lovely it was incredibly uncomfortable. It's important after being out all day to come back to somewhere you can relax sitting on that you could not.

The flat is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The sanitary facilities electrical appliances everything was excellent. The location is York a beautiful city. The accommodation is close to the centre and close to numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants. However, when we arrived at the accommodation, the flat had not been cleaned. The used bed linen was still on the bed. It had not been cleaned. After a quick call to the emergency number, we were sent away and the flat was quickly cleaned afterwards.

we found it difficult to locate the appartment (maybe add this to your instructions) and to dial in the code - it is difficult to keep th edial lit while typing code

Very smart apartment. Fully equipped for a family stay of a week or longer.

Fabulous property, it was a great apartment. Really comfortable and clean with everything you need. Ideally located to get into town and explore!
