Fabulous apartment right in the centre of York, but very quiet. Brilliant view of York Minster. Would highly recommend it.

Great location and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and big rooms. Perfect place for a family or two couples to spend a few days in York. Depsite being very central, the apartment was very quite with no street noise. The central kitchen and living room provided a great space to gather as a group. Stays York was very good with communications and instructions and the welcome hamper is a nice touch.

When we arrived we found the dishwasher full of dirtly dishes and the washing machine full of wet towels. Despite having two types of pillow to use, we found them either too hard and bulky or way to thin. Despite spending quite a bit for a four night stay, we were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom - seems a bit stingy. Fans in the bathroom didn't work, cupboards in the kitchen very awkard to use.

We loved being so close to all the attractions in York.perfect location and property was quiet even though the streets were busy. We loved the welcome pack of local goodies and quickly made ourselves at home in this well furnished and comfortable unit. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be close to all the attractions in this beautiful city.

The stairs leading to the unit would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Also note that there is no immediate drop off/pickup zone outside the property. We managed, but others may not.

Very spacious and in a great location. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4.

Liked it all, but if you are driving to the property, you need to be aware of times the street has no motor vehicle access and you need to park your car in a council car park, about 6 minutes walk away from the property. Good we were provided a parking permit though.
