"Very pleasant"

Location Only several minutes walk for the centre Cleanliness

Parking. From a message, was lead to believe there was street parking available, dependant. All the streets around the apartment are permit controlled. However you do get 10 minutes grace to load and unload your belongings

The apartment was fully furnished and serviced, the court was really pretty and just few minutes walking from the city centre. The area around the apartment was very quiet and clean. If we will ever be back in York, we would definitely book the apartment in Rubens Court again ❤️

Beautifully set up flat. Quiet area over the river from city centre Great communication

Bathroom light and fan comes on automatically even at night. Getting into shower a little tight A little bit of a walk from the centre and ours had 2 flights of stairs, so the ground floor flats would be better for people with access needs.

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment"

The apartment was excellently equipped with tea and coffee, and toiletries in the bathroom. These details make a big difference, so thank you. The whole apartment looks to have been very recently renovated and was modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was quiet and perfect for me to work from for the week, with good wifii. All attractions were within walking distance. The washer/ dryer was a bonus. I would definitely return, hopefully next time with my family.

There was nothing that I didnt like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

"Very enjoyable, great location."

Collecting the keys was easy and the hosts sent excellent instructions. Property was cosy but very comfortable, bed was lovely. Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the centre. We didn't use the kitchen but everything appeared to be well stocked, pots/pans etc.

The only gripe is that there is no parking available so cost an extra £50 for the weekend. Apart from that everything else was fine.
