It wasn't available for six months prior to us arriving. And yet booking.com took a second payment just a few weeks before we arrived. When we arrived we realised that we had no accommodation and all of the available accommodation was only available at a premium cost. It was just fortunate that I had a credit card and that there were people locally who were able to help us. Booking's AI bot was no help whatsoever and there was no way of speaking to a human being.

En la zona puedes encontrar restaurantes de todo tipo, la playa está al lado, sitios de fiesta, un centro comercial. La piscina que hay en el complejo está muy bien. Las instalaciones, en general, muy bien. Buena comunicación con la casera, además de recomendarnos sitios para visitar.

1.Estuvimos sin wifi los dos primeros días y nos tuvimos que encargar nosotras de hablar con la compañía (estábamos de vacaciones y no teníamos porqué perder el tiempo en esto) 2. Falta de toallas 3. En el baño no había papel higiénico, ni gel, ni champú. Además, tampoco habia suavizante, ni detergente 4. No hay tostador 5. La escoba de barrer no tenía palo En definitiva, faltan cosas básicas para usar en el día a día, por lo demás todo bien.

My booking was cancelled the same morning due to some technical issues. Money was returned but I had to find new accommodation very fast which unfortunately was 3 times more expensive, the host didn't care about compensating the difference.
