Roz A Mer - Beach Apartment

Wir waren eine Woche im Roz a Mer Beach Apartment und rundum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Strand Anse Forbans ist traumhaft. Dieser ist wenig besucht und oft waren wir sogar ganz alleine dort, obwohl er so schön ist. Fast schon ein Geheimtipp. Es gibt einen gut aufgestellten kleinen Laden, einen leckeren Imbiss und eine kleine Cocktailbar in weniger als 5 Minuten Laufnähe. Direkt nebenan kann man sich von Steven auf Anfrage ein BBQ zubereiten lassen, was man nicht verpassen sollte. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen mit dem wir von dort aus die ganze Insel bequem erreichen konnten. Busse fahren aber auch. Weitere tolle Strände wie Anse Intendance, Anse Takamaka oder Police Bay waren in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Apartment selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation zum Host war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Wir waren sehr froh über unsere Wahl und glauben, wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft.

Die Dusche bietet nur Warmwasser . Eine kühle erfrischende Dusche ist nicht möglich.

Die Lage top näher am Strand geht fast nicht mehr, sehr nette Eigentümer und Emma die dort arbeitet sie ist die Beste und Liebste.

Einzig das Bad gehört mal renoviert da Schimmelspuren der Brauseschlauch zu kurz und ein großer Topf und eine große Pfanne wären noch super sonst alles da was man braucht. Fazit von uns wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We stayed 3 nights in the upstairs apartment. It really is good value for money in a great location, with great view from the large balcony. It is well equipped, with efficient air-con, quality furniture, a tv you can plug a usb in and comfortable bed (thick mattress). The sunrise is amazing, you can snorkel, enjoy walks along beach and fruit bats skimming the water. A few locals enjoy the beach with their families at the weekend but otherwise it’s like a private beach! The owners are kind, welcoming, communication with Roger was easy and Emma is a super star!

My husband and I had the pleasure & privilege to spend three (3) weeks at Roz a Mer in October 2025. This was our fifth holiday in Seychelles and our stay at Roz a Mer was definitely the highlight. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Roger and his wife Marguerite. Fresh flowers, a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine awaited us in the apartment (ground floor). We received delicious Papaya fruit from Marguerite throughout our stay which we highly appreciated. The apartment was neat, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The electric grill in the kitchen was very handy to prepare brunch, lunch or early dinner (there is a stove with hob and oven as well). The location of the apartment was unbeatable and simply fantastic. Right on the beach. We did our grocery shopping at Kumar & Kumar (Takamaka & Anse Royale), Walter Desaubin (a short walk from the apartment), Foodpro & Fishtech (Anse Royale). We also had mouthwatering and affordable take away meals from Koko Zerm next to the Walter Desaubin store. We had high expectations for our holiday at Roz a Mer and we were blown away by the kindness & generosity of the hosts, the comfort of the apartment, the relaxing ambience, the slow daily pace and the friendly locals. We created unforgettable memories during our three weeks holiday at Roz a Mer and cannot wait to go back.

Très bon emplacement, proche de anse intendance, anse soleil, anse royal Personnel gentil nous a apporté un lit bébé en plus

La douche est un peu dur a régler pour l'eau

La vue et la proximité de la mer. En revanche la mer est constamment déchaînée et le bruit de celle ci est insaissant. Arrivées de nuit, endroit ne parait pas très secur. C est assez angoissant. Il n y a rien à proximité pour acheter de quoi manger ou se restaurer. La jeune fille présente pour nous accueillir nous a trouvé qq un pour nous amener en voiture au village voisin pour faire qqs courses Nous avons communiqué facilement avec notre hôte par téléphone . Nous étions à l étage ce qui me paraissait plus sécurisant que au rez de chaussée. Peut être prévoir des lumières extérieures pour le soir. Le logement est spacieux et la literie très bonne

L isolement du logement. De jour ça va mais la nuit c est assez flippant. La propreté moyenne de certains éléments (cuisine)
